說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 105 年 1 月 14 日臺教國署學字第 1050004183 號函辦理。
二、為鼓勵軍護人員及國民中小學教師投入全民國防教育之實務研究，以增進各界對全民國防教育瞭解並提供興革之建議，特辦理本次論文評選事宜。
三、國民中小學教師可視個人意願參加（不限篇數），惟參加人員請於 105 年 3 月 1 日(星期二)前將「論文送審申請書」寄至臺南市第二學生校外生活輔導會（郵戳為憑）。
四、為求評審作業更為謹慎周延，旨揭實施計畫內評審主題、投稿規定、評審作業、獎勵辦法及論文格式規範等項目已調整修正，請投稿前務必詳閱計劃內容，以符規定爭取佳績。
