旨揭各類人員因校園停課延伸照顧子女需求之請假規定，敘述如下：
(一)符合下列規定之家長其中 1 人得申請防疫照顧假：
１、有照顧 12 歲以下學童、照顧就讀高級中等學校（含高中、高職、五專一、二、三年級）或國民中學持有身心障礙證明之子女需求者。
２、短期補習班、幼兒園及兒童照顧服務中心等教育機構，比照高級中等以下學校規定停課者，或自主替幼兒請假者，而有照顧子女需求者。３、前述家長包含父母、養父母、監護人或其他實際照顧子女之人（如爺爺、奶奶等）。
(二)防疫照顧假，不支薪。
(三)除申請防疫照顧假外，亦得依現行各類人員所適用之請假規定以事假（家庭照顧假）、休假或加班補休辦理。
(四)各機關、學校對所屬人員依前開規定所申請之各項假別，均應予准假，且不得影響考績或為其他不利處分。
