活動地點：新化武德殿（臺南市新化區和平街 53 號）
比賽組別：幼兒園組（學齡前）、國小低年級組（國小 1~2 年級）、國小中年級組（國小 3~4 年級）、國小高年級組（國小 5~6 年級），共 4 組。
報名方式：活動當日現場報名即可（免事前報名、無報名費）。
創作主題：以新化年貨大街、新化老街、新化武德殿、新化日式宿舍群或楊逵文學紀念館為主題。
報到及收件地點：新化武德殿前（當日下午 4 時前截止收件
