觀光局為配合行政院消費提振措施，於本(104)年 12 月 1 日至明(105)年 3 月 10 日止辦理「國內旅遊住宿優惠」補助，於實施運作上，衍生該優惠得否與國民旅遊卡併用之疑義，案經行政院人事行政總處函請觀光局表示意見略以，有關旅客持國民旅遊卡刷卡支付房價，其支付金額為折價後房價金額，但業者開立發票金額必須為實售房價金（例：開立發票金額新臺幣（以下同） 2,000 元、刷卡金額 1,400 元，業者申請優惠補助金額 600 元），故國民旅遊卡消費金額紀錄，並未包含本次活動旅宿優惠補助金額，因此國民旅遊卡可與上開優惠補助併用。
