一、為鼓勵新住民子女利用寒假回到（外）祖父母家進行家庭生活、語言學習與文化交流體驗，至少 7 天，以強化新住民子女語言及文化連結，藉以培育多元文化人才種子，接軌國際，特辦理旨揭計畫。
