一、 活動目的
臺南是西拉雅族的原鄉， 多年來臺南市政府積極復振發展西拉雅族語言文化、傳統祭典及協助聚落活化社會培力；尤其，向下扎根學童西拉雅語言文化教育推廣。爰 108 年藉由第八屆臺南市西拉雅文化節系列活動，辦理學童繪畫競賽，希望在創作過程中， 讓西拉雅年輕學子更加認識自身族群
文化。
二、 參加對象
（一） 凡就讀臺南市國中、 國小之西拉雅原住民學生。
（二） 所稱西拉雅原住民學生， 係指設籍臺南市，且於戶政事務所註記直
系血親尊親屬為「熟」 有案之學生。
三、 活動內容及相關規則
（一） 收件日期： 即日起至 11 月 15 日止， 由學校統一收件後送至臺南市政府民族事務委員會。
