一、依據「特殊教育法」、「特殊教育法施行細則」、「特殊教育學生調整入學年齡及修業年限實施辦法」及「身心障礙及資賦優異學生鑑定辦法」暨本局 107年 11月30日南市教特(二)字第1071292093號函核定辦理。
二、各類鑑定期程摘要如下：
(一)提早入小學鑑定安置：初選報名自 108 年 1 月 14 日(星期一)至 1 月 18 日(星期五)止，初選日期為 108 年 2 月 24 日(星期日)。
(二)國中一般智能優異學生鑑定安置：初選報名自 108 年 1 月 14 日(星期一)至 1 月 18 日(星期五)止，初選日期為 108 年 2 月 16 、 17 日(星期六、日)。
(三)國中數理學術性向資優學生鑑定安置：初選報名自 108 年 1 月 14 日(星期一)至 1 月 18 日(星期五)止，初選日期為 108 年 2 月 16 日(星期六)。
(四)國小一般智能優異學生鑑定安置：初選報名自 108 年 3 月 11 日(星期一)至 3 月 15 日(星期五)止，初選日期為 108 年 4 月 13 日(星期六)。
(五)國小音樂資優學生鑑定安置：初選報名自 108 年 3 月 11 日(星期一)至 3 月 15 日(星期五)止，鑑定日期為 108 年 4 月 14 日(星期日)。
(六)國小創造力資優方案學生鑑定安置：報名自 108 年 4 月 15 日(星期一)至 4 月 18 日(星期四)止，鑑定日期為 5 月 25 日(星期六)。
