1.依據教育部 107 年 8 月 24 日臺教社(四)字第 1070140741 號函辦理。2.旨揭計畫卡通依國中小、幼兒園學習能力，擇選「貝貝生活日記」、「少年阿貝 GO」、「櫻桃小丸子」、「九藏喵窩」及「卡滋幫」等 5 部國內外授權之動畫卡通配製閩南語錄音，並提供閩南語字幕選單，供對照學習，其卡通內容說明如下：(1)「貝貝生活日記」：由法國繪本轉製動畫，對話簡易，適合幼兒園學習。(2)「少年阿貝 GO」、「櫻桃小丸子」、「九藏喵窩」、「卡滋幫」：前兩部為日本原創卡通，後兩部者為臺灣原創卡通，對話內容皆活潑近人，適合國民中小學學生學習。由國立臺中教育大學發至各國公立國民中小學各 1 份、3.旨揭計畫為「行政院文化會報跨部會專案推動合作事項」，與文化部共同出資製作，成果將於近期置於文化部網站，請多加廣宣運用。
