三、報名辦法：
(一)報名日期：即日起至 107年 9 月 11 日(星期二)。
(二)報名方式： 1.欲報名之學生請於 9/5 前向體衛組報名。
2.學校統一至http://www.tainanswim.com.tw/報名。
2.報名後學校列印報名表並核章寄到忠孝國中學務處體育組吳俊鴻組長收。(701臺南市崇善路 151號)
四、領隊會議日期： 107年 9月 25 日(星期二)下午 2 時於忠孝國中四樓會議室。
