一、為配合行政院推動少子女化政策，推動育兒津貼及托育補助自 107 年 8 月擴大實施辦理新制，民眾育有未滿 2 歲兒童，父母所得稅率未達 20%，且未領取或領畢育嬰留職停薪津貼皆可請領此 2 項之 1 ， 9 月底前申請皆可追溯至 8 月發給。
二、育有未滿 2 歲兒童，父母所得稅率未達 20%，現未領取育嬰留停津貼或未接受公共或準公共化托育服務者，則能請領育兒津貼(2,500 元)請洽兒童戶籍地區公所，惟若接受公共或準公共化托育服務者且未領取育嬰留停津貼，則能請領托育補助(6,000 元)請洽托嬰中心或送托保母之居家托育服務中心申請。第 3 名小孩再加發 1,000 元。詳情參考臺南市政府社會局網站→育兒資訊網(http://social.tainan.gov.tw/social/socpage.asp?nsub=C0C200 。
