說明：
一、依據教育部 107 年 4 月 12 日臺教學(五)字第 1070041421 號函辦理。
二、旨揭準則第 14 條第 1 項第 1 款依其立法說明，係參酌「校園性侵害性騷擾或性霸凌防治準則」第 25 條第 1 項規定，明定當學校調查校園霸凌事件時，得彈性處理當事人之出缺勤紀錄或成績評量，但訴願期間不在準則規範中，校方應輔導學生完成請假程序，並積極提供輔導協助及補救教學，以維護其受教權。
三、另請各校確依「校園霸凌防制準則」辦理，及參考教育部「學校訂定教師輔導與管教學生辦法注意事項」訂定貴校「教師輔導與管教學生辦法」，妥採輔導作為，進行相關學生輔導管教，並訂定輔導計畫，完備輔導紀錄，落實追蹤輔導機制。
