一、依據市府 107 年 1 月 26 日府民戶字第 1070099497 號函辦理。
二、各區里鄰調整，業於 106 年 11 月 10 日公告實施，全巿於本(107)年分兩階段實施，第一階段 1 月 29 日實施，第二階段 4 月 30 日實施。
三、依據內政部 101 年 7 月 9 日台內戶字第 1010241670 號函、 99 年 2 月 24 日台內戶字第 0990032922 號函及內政部民政司 99 年 2 月 3 日內民司字第 0990020250 號書函之意旨，行政區劃調整後，民眾如無遷徙事實並申請戶籍登記，其國民身分證無庸換領，該證仍有效；是以本次里鄰調整實施後，國民身分證及戶口名簿不全面換發，然為使民眾熟悉調整後之里鄰別，並方便各機關(單位)識別新舊里鄰，採國民身分證背面黏貼調整後之新里鄰標籤及戶口名簿以章戳標註之方式施行。
