一、本公教美展展期自 3 月 1 日起至 3 月 18 日止，假國立臺南生活美學館 3 樓第三展覽室展出，開幕典禮訂於 3 月 2 日上午 11 時舉行，為期 18 天，展出國畫、書法、油畫、水彩等作品 159 件，為增進公教人員美學素養請轉知同仁踴躍前往觀賞。
二、美展講座訂於同日上午 9 時 10 分至 10 時 40 分於美學館 3 樓中型會議室舉行，邀請橙軒時尚形象鄒昀真講師擔任主講人，題目為「打造衣的美麗色妍」，並列為公務人員終身學習課程，全程參與者核給學習時數 3 小時，請於 2 月 14 日前登錄「公務人員終身學習入口網站」報名（課程代碼： TN7107030201 ）；報名人數有限，請及早報名，當天並請提早入座。
三、為響應低碳政策，請自備環保杯。
