說明：
一、依據本府家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心 106 年 11 月 1 日南家防字第 1061152910 號函辦理。
二、衛生福利部中央健康保險署推動「健康存摺」雲端服務，民眾只要使用健保卡或自然人憑證成功登入「健康存摺系統 My Health Bank」，即可取得自己的健保就醫資料，便利做好自我健康管理。
三、惟上開雲端服務，實務上發生家庭暴力加害人，可透過「健康存摺」查詢其未成年子女就醫資料，並藉此騷擾被害人。考量健康存摺雖無法查詢個人居住地，但透過就醫之醫療院所所在地，仍可能推測被害人住所大概區域，造成對被害人人身安全之潛在威脅。
四、爰請貴校因輔導學生個案，若知悉個案親人為家庭暴力被害人時，加強提醒被害人向衛福部中央健康保險署各分區業務組申請「停用健保卡網路註冊服務」，關閉未成年子女之健康存摺查詢及下載功能，以維護其安全。
