主旨：函轉教育部特製作「上網，不迷網」數位學習課程，已於「教師 e 學院」(http://ups.moe.edu.tw 上架，請轉知所屬教師上網學習，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部 106 年 4 月 18 日臺教資(三)字第 1060054628 號函辦理及本局 106 年 4 月 21 日南市教安(一)字第 1060418270 號函計達。
二、請鼓勵校內所屬教師上網學習旨揭數位學習課程，可幫助教師進一步了解學生網路成癮的成因與有效輔導策略。
三、請各校於本(106)年 10 月底前完成校內 60%以上教師通過研習目標。
四、另請本學年異動之教師務必上網更新基本資料，以利系統作業。
