說明：
一、依據環境教育法第 19 條第 1 項暨本市低碳自治條例第 8 條規
定，本府所有員工均應於每年參加 4 小時環境教育且內含 2
小時低碳環境教育。
二、本府環境保護局購置公播版環境教育影片授權處，相關環
境教育影片內容大綱（附件 1 ）、公播版環教影片授權撥
放處與聯絡窗口人員（附件 2 ）。
三、借閱公播版環境教育影片之相關事宜如下：
(一)聯絡窗口人員作為借閱影片與限於授權處撥放之聯繫，
其餘行政事宜，須由借閱單位自行處理。
(二)預借閱影片時，請務必先與聯絡窗口人員聯繫，填寫環
境教育影片借用申請表（附件 3 ），並檢附借用人證件
影本一份，完成借用手續後方可領取影片。
