說明：
一、依據：依據高級中等以下學校體育班設立辦法及 106 年 3 月 28 日南市教體處字第 1060193863A 號辦理。
二、招生專長項目：西式划船 10 人、羽球 10 人、網球 10 人。
三、報名資格：
（一）以設籍本市之公私立國民小學應屆畢業學生皆可。
（二）凡具備甄試項目專長之學生。(檢附參賽秩序冊影本核「與正本相符」章或學校教師推薦
四、報名日期： 4 月 7-10 日兩天，早上 09 ： 00~11 ： 30 ，下午 13 ： 30~16 ： 30 止，逾期不予受理。
五、報名地點：大灣高中體育組。
