一、各懲處種類之懲處權行使期間：
(一)各機關依公務人員考績法（以下簡稱考績法）第 12 條第 1 項第 2 款規定，對公務人員所為之一次記二大過處分：無懲處權行使期間限制。
(二)各機關依考績法第 12 條第 1 項第 1 款規定，對公務人員所為之懲處，自違失行為終了之日起：
１、屬記一大過之行為，已逾 5 年者，即不予追究。
２、屬記過或申誡之行為，已逾 3 年者，即不予追究。
(三)上開行為終了之日，指公務人員應受懲處行為終結之日，但應受懲處行為係不作為者，指公務人員所屬服務機關知悉之日。
二、各機關刻正辦理中之一次記二大過專案考績及平時考核懲處案件，其懲處權行使期間以最有利於受考人之規定為準。
