說明：
一、依據臺南市政府社會局 106 年 2 月 17 日南市社兒字第 1060183803 號函辦理。
二、查兒少法第 43 條第 3 項規定禁止任何人供應檳榔予兒少之行為，係指以有償或無償方式將物品(質)供予兒童及少年取得，爰自動販賣機、電子購物、郵購等方式販賣檳榔，該當有償之供應行為，自受兒少法第 43 條第 3 項規定拘束。
三、復依同法施行細則第 11 條第 2 項規定略以，對於接受供應者是否已滿 18 歲有懷疑時，應請其出示身分證明，乃透過身分驗證方式減少供應者誤判兒童及少年年齡情事，避免兒童及少年接觸檳榔等有害身心健康之物品(質)。
四、茲因科技日新月異，且因應消費需求推陳出新，倘有「以自動販賣機等無法辨識購買者或受讓者年齡方式供應檳榔予兒童及少年」情事，仍請依兒少法配合辦理。
