一、開幕典禮訂於 2 月 10 日（星期五）上午 11 時假國立臺南生活美學館 3 樓第三展覽室舉行。本次美展作品分國畫、書法、油畫、水彩等 4 類。展出作品共 150 件，展期為 2 月 10 日至 3 月 5 日止，計展出 24 天。
二、美展講座訂於 10 日（星期五）上午 9 時 10 分至 10 時 40 分於美學館 3 樓中型會議室舉行，邀請南方講堂王美霞老師擔任主講人，題目為「臺南的生活美學」。
三、本美展活動列為公務人員終身學習課程，全程參與者核給學習時數 3 小時，請於 2 月 8 日前登錄「公務人員終身學習入口網站」報名（課程代碼： TN1060210 ）。報名人數有限，請及早報名，當天並請提早入座。
四、為響應低碳政策，參訓學員請自備環保杯。
