說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 106 年 1 月 19 日臺教國署學字第 1060005468 號函辦理。
二、本案修正內容涉校園推動口腔保健摘要如下：
(一)國小學童臼齒窩溝封填補助對象:國小一、二年級學童(施作年齡條件：七十二個月≦就醫年月－出生年月≦一百零八個月)-請參閱旨揭規定第三點。
(二)特約醫事服務機構辦理兒童牙齒塗氟保健服務者，應於特約醫事服務機構內執行。如申請辦理兒童牙齒塗氟保健社區巡迴服務(僅限原住民族地區、偏遠及離島地區)，應先報經當地衛生局同意後辦理。換言之，除原住民族地區、偏遠及離島地區得報准後入園塗氟，其他地區應於特約醫事服務機構內執行-請參閱旨揭規定第五點附件 1 備註二(一)。
(三)臼齒窩溝封填保健服務只需攜帶健保卡，不需護齒護照-請參閱旨揭規定第五點附件 2 備註一。
