一、為強化新住民以語言及文化連結婆家與娘家，鼓勵新住民子女利用假期回到海外(外)祖父母家進行家庭生活、文化交流體驗與語言學習，以培育多元化人才種子，並與國際接軌，特辦理本計畫。
