說明：
一、依據教育部 105 年 10 月 13 日臺教學(三)字第 1050137890 號函轉衛生福利部 105 年 9 月 30 日衛部護字第 1051461876 號函辦理。
二、按「性侵害犯罪防治法」第 13 條規定略以，..廣播、電視、網際網路或其他媒體等不得報導或記載被害人之姓名或其他足資辨別被害人身分之資訊。但經有行為能力之被害人同意、檢察官或法院依法認為有必要者，不在此限。前項以外之任何人不得以媒體或其他方法公開或揭露第 1 項被害人之姓名及其他足資識別身分之資訊。違反者依本法第 13 條之 1 規定，由目的事業主管機關處以罰鍰，並得命其限期移除內容、下架或其他必要之處置。
三、檢附旨揭函文，請列為重點宣導事項，提醒所屬人員於網路上報導、轉載或以其他方法公開或揭露性侵害案件，恐有違反前揭法律疑慮，請加強宣導，並維護被害人隱私，以免觸法。
