一、依據教育部補助辦理中小學教師專業發展評鑑實施計畫辦理。
二、旨揭研習訂於 105 年 10 月 22 至 105 年 11 月 6 日，共計 5 日，假本市大成國中辦理，研習時數為 30 小時。
三、本研習參加對象為 104 、 105 學年度受學校推薦參加教師專業發展評鑑「教學輔導教師」培訓之人員，請參加者先完成精緻網線上課程後，再於該網站報名，名額 30 人，額滿為止，報名路徑如下：登入精緻網、研習活動、人才培育、輔導人才、教學輔導教師，請以關鍵字搜尋本場次。
四、本研習開放外縣市教師參加，惟交通、住宿請自理。
五、本研習提供教師補課，惟補課者請自行列印缺補課紀錄表，相關注意事項請留意實施計畫。
