一、為慶祝 105 年雙十國慶，市府訂於 105 年 10 月 10 日(星期一)上午 7 時，在市府永華市政中心前西側西拉雅廣場(永華路與建平路)，舉行「臺南市政府慶祝中華民國 105 年雙十國慶升旗典禮活動」，請同仁自由參加。
二、請各機關(單位)參加人員於是日上午 6 時 45 分前集合。
三、本府暨所屬機關學校員工自由參加，不予補假。
四、活動程序如下：
(一)06:30-06:55 集合。
(二)07:00-07:10 升旗典禮。
(三)07:10-07:20 市長致詞。
(四)07:20-07:30 來賓致詞。
