說明：
一、為因應本次颱風威脅，請各校(園)辦理下列事項：
(一)請確認貴校(園)近日內舉辦之活動、研習或會議，預擬因應措施並周知及留意市府停班停課訊息。
(二)務請於明(13)日下班前完成防颱整備工作(如工程之鷹架，看板捆綁牢固，排水溝渠清淤，樹木修剪及防水閘門或抽水機檢修維護等) ，請勿將相關設備、器材及物品（如：公文檔案、電腦、圖書、電器用品等）置放易淹水地點，各項貴重教學設備及物品（如電腦設備、體育器材、實驗儀器或化學藥劑等）應放置不淹水處所（2樓以上高處），且將門窗鎖緊以防災損。
