市府已申請台灣高鐵之「企業會員 3％回饋」專案，該專案之優惠內容為，會員每半年累積旅費金額如達 60 萬元，即可享有 3%之等值乘車兌換券回饋（回饋之票券提供公務使用），請同仁配合辦理；另同仁或家屬因私人活動購票，亦可累積，歡迎多加利用。
同仁購票時，請輸入本府統一編號「69108505」，訂購方式分述如下：
(一)利用全省超過 9,500 家便利商店購票系統（統一超商、全家便利商店、萊爾富及 OK 便利商店），於指定欄位內輸入本府統一編號，即可一次完成訂位、付款、取票及累計搭乘金額。
(二)透過高鐵網路、手機訂位系統及新型自動售票機，於指定欄位中輸入統一編號，亦可累計旅費。
(三)親至高鐵車站窗口，請服務人員輸入統一編號完成累計。
