說明：
一、依據國立科學工藝博物館 105 年 8 月 22 日館展字第 1056160831 號函辦理。
二、旨揭教具「防疫行動博物館」教具組及「防疫總動員」行動教具組將登革熱、腸病毒、肺結核、流感等傳染病防治知識轉化為看板及趣味遊戲等方式呈現，適合課堂教學或辦理園遊會活動使用，以提升學生的防疫知識及概念。
三、 105 學年度第一學期申請時間自 105 年 09 月 01 日起開始受理，行動教具組內容及申請借用辦法如附件。詳細內容及操作影片請瀏覽「防疫戰鬥營」展廳官網「好站推薦區」示範影片(http://epidemic.nstm.gov.tw/)。
四、申請學校不須支付租借費用，但須負責教具往返搬運，並請於教具歸還後之一週內提供教具活動使用紀錄單(附件第 3 頁)。
