二、因應近期發生隨機傷(殺)人事件，請加強宣導不當照片於網路及媒體傳播非法散布，不僅造成被害人家屬二次傷害，更造成社會恐慌，且恐涉及違反相關法律規定如兒童及少年福利與權益保障法第 46 條之 1 、第 94 條、第 69 條第 3 項及第 89 條等；另於網路散布不當內容之行為，亦可能觸犯旨揭法律規定，切勿因一時好奇心，進而觸犯相關法令而受罰。
三、請各校利用各種集會或資訊課程中加強宣導，避免親師生觸法。
