一、書展將於 109年 2 月 4 日至 9 日假世貿一館 1 樓及 2 樓 H 區舉行，主題為「閱讀新風景」，主題國為韓國。書展內設有綜合書區、文學書區、公民書區、國際書區、童書新樂園、動漫輕小說及數位書區、書籍用品區，並分設有韓國主題國館、書展大賞館、數位出版主題館、童書主題館等， 18 歲以下兒童及青少年皆可憑證免費入場。
二、本屆書展規劃有「寒假趣書展」活動，內容包含「主題館闖關體驗」、「校園閱讀派對」、「台北國際書展大獎 3本年度之書贈送活動」等。
