(一)主題：「老師，我們同在憶起」。
(二)期間：即日起自 108 年 6 月 14 日止。
(三)類別：短片、四格漫畫、卡片。
(四)方式：分為國小組、國中組及高中職五專組，每人可投遞多件作品，共有三種類別可投稿，同一作品不得重複投稿至不同類別。僅短片類別可以團體報名，團體人數以 5 人為限。亦歡迎大專生及社會人士投稿短片組。報名及投稿繳件方式皆以官網進行（網址： https://teachersday.tw/ ）。
