一、為鼓勵新住民子女利用假期回到（外）祖父母家進行家庭生活、語言學習與文化交流體驗，強化新住民子女語言及文化連結，藉以培育多元文化人才種子，接軌國際，特辦理旨揭計畫。
二、 108 年新增同儕主題組，針對現就讀大專院校以上新住民子女與同校或跨校的同學（至少 1 名為新住民子女），以 3 人為限，預計選出 5 組，計 15 人。
