說明：
一、依據教育部國教署委辦之「數學新世界教師種子生根計畫」實施辦理。
二、本會議謹訂 6 月 9 ~10 日(六、日)兩天，於國立臺灣大學(臺北市羅斯福路四段一號)舉行「生根計畫期末會議」。
三、會議目的及內容：
(一)會議目的：
１、透過分享及討論來提昇教師教學品質。
２、介紹配合 12 年國教新課綱所需之教師專業發展資料庫。
(二)會議內容：邀請專家學者專題演講、績優教師之教學實務分享，以及各縣市輔導團團務運作之分享。
