說明：
一、依據國立臺灣科學教育館 107 年 1 月 25 日科實字第 10700003521 號函辦理（附該函）。
二、旨揭展覽會國小組及國中組原生活與應用科學科係參酌近年作品歸類及高級中等學校組應用類科分科項目予以分科。生活與應用科學科（一）（機電與資訊）其範疇含電子、電機、機械、資訊等；生活與應用科學科（二）（環保與民生）其範疇含材料、能源、衛工、環工、化工、食品等。
三、為鼓勵學生也能以科學方法探究社會人文方面的專題研究，爰參酌臺灣國際科展及美國國際科展分科，於高級中等學校組增列行為與社會科學科，以符合國際趨勢及未來發展。行為與社會科學科其範疇含臨床與發展心理學、認知心理學、生理心理學、社會學等。
