一、依據基隆市政府 106 年 4 月 11 日基府教特參字第 1060215663A 號函辦理。
二、申請資格：設籍於台澎金馬之 6-9 年級學生。
三、招生對象：輔導對象為義務教育階段學生，因家庭遭遇變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境，或因家庭功能不彰而有中輟之虞，經家長或監護人同意接受輔導就讀者，並經基隆市復學輔導就讀小組審查符合資格者。
四、符合申請者請於 106 年 5 月 20 日前備齊相關資料向基隆市中山高中國中部大德分校慈輝班提出申請（如附件）。
