說明：
一、依據本府環保局 106 年 3 月 15 日環綜字第 1060023447B 號函辦理。
二、藉由戲劇演出，以「循環經濟」「清淨空氣」「無塑海洋」及「關懷大地」等 4 大主軸，並結合臺南在地元素，作為本年戲劇競賽主題，喚起民眾對環境覺知與敏感度。本競賽將選出代表臺南市參加全國複賽單位，為本市爭取榮譽。
