說明：
一、依據教育部 105 年 10 月 27 日臺教師(三)字第 1050132570A 號函辦理。
二、教育部業已於本(105)年 10 月 27 日以臺教師(三)字第 1050132570 號函，核定國立臺中教育大學辦理旨揭國民小學教師加註輔導專長學分班如下:
(一)6 學分班:計補助 1 班次，招生人數為 50 人。
(二)26 學分班:計 1 班次，招生人數為 50 人；由進修教師自行付費，教育部不予補助。
三、本局將另行調查各校符合資格且有意修習上開學分班之薦派教師名冊至國立臺中教育大學，以做為招生之依據，檢附學分班核定計畫供參。
