說明：
一、為倡導幸福家庭價值，打造幸福大臺南，爰本府訂定每年 8 月第 2 個星期日為「幸福家庭日」，並藉由父親節、七夕情人節及中秋節在 8 月第二星期日前後，結合假期家人聚集之時，來推動「幸福家庭日」之價值，齊心孕育幸福家庭文化，將幸福家庭的價值與文化推展至全市、全國，並奠定大臺南幸福發展之基礎，期藉一連串活動舉辦倡導建設『幸福家庭』之觀念，讓市民感受『家家健康，家家幸福』。
二、請惠予於貴屬網站、跑馬燈協助宣傳，宣傳內容：「2016 年幸福家庭日活動訂於 105 年 8 月 7 日(星期日)下午 2 時 30 分假台南東門巴克禮紀念教會舉行！歡迎各界踴躍參加」。
